1. Who we are
MedicalMLS ("the platform") is operated by HealthMed Realty, a licensed California real estate brokerage. The platform lists healthcare real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area contributed by HealthMed Realty and by third-party brokers and owners.
2. Listing information
Listing details are supplied by the listing broker or owner, or extracted from their marketing materials, and are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Square footage, rates, availability, and build-out details should be independently verified before any leasing or purchase decision. Listings do not constitute an offer to lease or sell.
3. Contributed content
By submitting a flyer, listing, or other marketing material, you represent that you have the right to market the property described and grant MedicalMLS a license to display the material and information derived from it, with attribution to your firm. You can request removal of your listing at any time by emailing listings@medicalmls.com.
4. Inquiries and representation
Submitting an inquiry does not create an agency relationship with HealthMed Realty. Inquiries are routed to the platform operator and, where one is named, the listing broker. Nothing on this platform is legal, financial, or tax advice.
5. Acceptable use
No scraping, bulk harvesting, or republication of listing data; no submitting properties you lack authority to market; no abusive or fraudulent use of the inquiry and upload forms. We may remove content or restrict access to protect the platform and its contributors.
6. Liability
The platform is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthMed Realty is not liable for decisions made in reliance on listing information or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Changes
