What we collect

Inquiries and requirements: the contact and practice details you submit (name, email, phone, practice type, timeline, space requirements) so we can respond to you.

Listing submissions: the flyer or listing details you upload, your name, email, and firm, used to publish and attribute the listing.

Usage signals: searches run and listings viewed, with an anonymous session identifier and a one-way-hashed IP address. We use this to understand market demand — for example, how many people searched a city for a size range.

Page analytics: aggregate page views and referrers, measured by Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you or follow you across other sites. We use no third-party advertising trackers of any kind.

How it's used

To respond to your inquiry, operate and improve the marketplace, and produce aggregate market analytics. Inquiries are shared with the listing broker or owner where one is named on the listing. We do not sell personal information.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase/PostgreSQL, Vercel). Uploaded documents are stored privately and served through expiring links. Broker contact details are not published in any publicly scrapeable form.

Your choices

California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information under the CCPA. Email listings@medicalmls.com and we will handle it — the same address removes a listing or unsubscribes you from alerts.
