MedicalMLS

About

A marketplace built for one kind of tenant.

General listing platforms treat a dental suite like any other office: square feet, a rate, a phone number. But healthcare tenants sign or walk on things those platforms never record — plumbed operatories, med gas, x-ray shielding, whether the build-out is second-generation or a shell that needs a year of permitting.

MedicalMLS lists only clinical space, only in the Bay Area, with exactly those fields. Inventory comes from the brokers and owners who control it — most of it via the marketing flyer they already made, which our pipeline turns into a structured listing in about thirty seconds. Every listing is reviewed by a person before it publishes, and every listing credits the firm that supplied it.

Who operates this

MedicalMLS is operated by HealthMed Realty, a licensed California real estate brokerage specializing in healthcare properties. HealthMed also markets its own listings on this platform — those carry the Direct badge.

We say this plainly because the platform only works if contributing brokers and owners trust it. Listings from other firms keep their name on them, inquiries on those listings are routed to the listing broker, and broker contact details are never published in a scrapeable form.

The rules we run by

Nothing publishes unreviewed
Machine-read listings wait for a human. A wrong rent under a real firm’s name is worse than no listing.
Attribution is permanent
Every listing names the brokerage or owner that supplied it, in the open, on the listing.
Stale inventory comes down
A marketplace of leased space teaches tenants to stop looking. Listings carry a last-confirmed date and expire.
No fees to list
Inventory density is worth more to us than listing revenue. We ask for co-broke consideration when we bring a tenant, nothing else.
